Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!! Exclusive Beauty Lounge has a ZERO TOLERANCE, ZERO EXCEPTION NO SHOW POLICY. Any appointment modifications, cancellations & or rescheduling must be made solely by the client at a minimum of 18 HOURS before the scheduled appointment. Exclusive Beauty Lounge is 100% HANDS OFF & is UNABLE to make any changes/modifications to existing appointments. ALL CHANGES including but not limited to cancelling, modifying an existing appointment & rescheduling MUST BE MADE BY THE CLIENT using the above Link under “TO CHANGE”. Failure to comply/pay NO SHOW FEE will result in a permanent BAN from scheduling any future appointments until FEE has been paid in FULL.
